The Windsong Cooler
- 6 Cucumber chunks
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 10 Mint leaves
- 45ml Windsong white rum
- 20ml Elderflower liqueur
- 15ml Lime juice
- 50ml Cloudy apple juice
- Cucumber ribbon, blackberries and edible purple flowers to garnish
- Add the cucumber chunks to a cocktail shaker and muddle with the sugar syrup.
- Add the mint leaves and gently press before adding the Windsong white rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and cloudy apple juice.
- Shake and fine strain into the fanciest glass you can find.
- Garnish with cucumber ribbon, blackberries and edible purple flowers.
