Peggy’s Punch


  • 60ml-90ml Peggy Dark Rum
  • 120ml chilled Pineapple juice
  • Splash of soda water
  • A dusting of nutmeg
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, cherries, and a sprig of mint


  • In your cocktail glass add ice and all the ingredients.
  • Stir for approximately 20 seconds.
  • Finish off by lightly dusting the top and adding a wedge of pineapple, maraschino cherries and a mint sprig.
