Peggy’s Punch
Ingredients
- 60ml-90ml Peggy Dark Rum
- 120ml chilled Pineapple juice
- Splash of soda water
- A dusting of nutmeg
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, cherries, and a sprig of mint
Method
- In your cocktail glass add ice and all the ingredients.
- Stir for approximately 20 seconds.
- Finish off by lightly dusting the top and adding a wedge of pineapple, maraschino cherries and a mint sprig.
