  • 6 Wedges of lime
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 50ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • Fiery ginger beer
  • Crushed ice, dehydrated fruit slices, a sprig of mint and chillies to garnish


  • Muddle the lime wedges with the mint leaves in a glass.
  • Add the Jackdaw Cave spiced rum and sugar syrup, and top up with fiery ginger beer.
  • Top the glass with crushed ice, dehydrated fruit slices a sprig of mint and chillies.
