Ingredients
- 6 Wedges of lime
- 4 Mint leaves
- 50ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Fiery ginger beer
- Crushed ice, dehydrated fruit slices, a sprig of mint and chillies to garnish
Method
- Muddle the lime wedges with the mint leaves in a glass.
- Add the Jackdaw Cave spiced rum and sugar syrup, and top up with fiery ginger beer.
- Top the glass with crushed ice, dehydrated fruit slices a sprig of mint and chillies.
