Jackdaw Colada


  • 4 Chunks of pineapple
  • 4 chunks of mango
  • 10ml Sugar syrup
  • 40ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
  • 20ml Coconut rum
  • 25ml Coconut cream
  • 30ml Double cream
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 50ml Mango juice
  • A squeeze of lime
  • Pineapple leaves, pineapple chunks and blackberries to garnish.


  • Add 4 chunks of pineapple and 4 chunks of mango to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the sugar syrup and muddle.
  • Add the Jackdaw Cave spiced rum, coconut rum, coconut cream, double cream, pineapple juice, mango juice and a squeeze of lime.
  • Shake and double strain into a hurricane glass and top up with ice.
  • Garnish with pineapple leaves, pineapple chunks and blackberries.
