- 4 Chunks of pineapple
- 4 chunks of mango
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 40ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
- 20ml Coconut rum
- 25ml Coconut cream
- 30ml Double cream
- 50ml Pineapple juice
- 50ml Mango juice
- A squeeze of lime
- Pineapple leaves, pineapple chunks and blackberries to garnish.
- Add 4 chunks of pineapple and 4 chunks of mango to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the sugar syrup and muddle.
- Add the Jackdaw Cave spiced rum, coconut rum, coconut cream, double cream, pineapple juice, mango juice and a squeeze of lime.
- Shake and double strain into a hurricane glass and top up with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves, pineapple chunks and blackberries.
