Calm Before the Storm

Ingredients

• 50ml Peggy dark rum
• 25ml fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 5ml Sugar syrup
• 100ml Ginger beer
• Ice
• Slice of lime to garnish

Method

• Fill a Collins or highball glass with lots of ice.
• Add the Peggy dark rum, fresh lime juice, Angostura bitters and sugar syrup.
• Add the ginger beer and stir gently.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.
