Apple Drop


  • 2 Tinned pear halves and juice
  • 6 Basil Leaves
  • 50ml Windsong white rum
  • 50ml Lime juice
  • Ice
  • Fizzy apple juice
  • Apple slices to garnish


  • Add the pear halves and some of the juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
  • Add the basil leaves and press with the muddler.
  • Add the Windsong white rum and lime juice before shaking and double straining into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with fizzy apple juice and garnish with apple slices.
