- 2 Tinned pear halves and juice
- 6 Basil Leaves
- 50ml Windsong white rum
- 50ml Lime juice
- Fizzy apple juice
- Apple slices to garnish
- Add the pear halves and some of the juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
- Add the basil leaves and press with the muddler.
- Add the Windsong white rum and lime juice before shaking and double straining into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with fizzy apple juice and garnish with apple slices.
