Mermaid’s Kiss

Ingredients

• 2 tbsps. Fresh Watermelon
• 5 Raspberries
• 20ml Sugar syrup
• 25ml Lime juice
• 60ml Windsong white rum
• Ice
• Wedge of watermelon and sprig of mint to garnish

Method

• Add the fresh watermelon and raspberries into a cocktail shaker and muddle.
• Add ice, sugar syrup, lime juice and Windsong white rum.
• Shake and fine strain into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with a wedge of watermelon and a small sprig of mint.
