Spiced Apple Crumble


  • 40ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
  • 25ml Cinnamon & demerara syrup
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 30ml Cloudy apple juice
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Digestives
  • Ground cinnamon


  • To a teacup, add Jackdaw Cave spiced rum, cinnamon & demerara syrup, lemon juice and cloudy apple juice.
  • Stir with ice before removing the ice cubes.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream, a digestive crumble and a dusting of cinnamon.
