Spiced Apple Crumble
- 40ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
- 25ml Cinnamon & demerara syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Cloudy apple juice
- Vanilla ice cream
- Ground cinnamon
- To a teacup, add Jackdaw Cave spiced rum, cinnamon & demerara syrup, lemon juice and cloudy apple juice.
- Stir with ice before removing the ice cubes.
- Top with vanilla ice cream, a digestive crumble and a dusting of cinnamon.
