Smuggler’s Spice

Ingredients

  • 60ml Jackdaw Cave spiced rum
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 45ml Honey syrup

Method

  • Add the Jackdaw Cave spiced rum to a cocktail shaker along with the lemon juice and honey syrup.
  • Shake and fine strain into a martini glass.
  • Theatrical bubble optional, but highly encouraged!
