Russian Libre

Ingredients

• 30ml Peggy Dark Rum
• 1 Sprig of Mint
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 120ml Cola
• 3-4 Lime Wedges

Method

• In your glass add the lime wedges and muddle.
• Then add the rest of the ingredients.
• Fill your glass with ice and fast churn for 15 seconds.
• Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
