Dirty Mermaid Mojito

Ingredients

• 1 Kiwi Fruit
• Blueberries
• 25ml Demerara syrup
• 25ml Lime juice
• 8 mint leaves
• 50ml Windsong white rum
• Ice
• Soda water
• Slice of kiwi, blueberries and sprig of mint to garnish

Method

• Add an entire kiwi and 6 blueberries to a tumbler along with the demerara syrup and lime juice, and muddle.
• Add the mint leaves and gently press before adding the Windsong white rum.
• Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of kiwi, blueberries and a sprig of mint.
