Dead Eye Daiquiri


  • 50ml Peggy Dark Rum
  • 10ml Creme de Cassis
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Teaspoon of sugar
  • 6-8 blackberries
  • Bunch of thyme


  • Add 4-6 blackberries and a sprig of thyme to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add 50ml Peggy Dark Rum, 10ml of Creme de Cassis and wet muddle the ingredients.
  • Add 15ml lime and teaspoon of sugar.
  • Shake hard and double strain into a coupe glass.
  • Garnish with pineapple leaf, white petals and blackberries.
