Dead Eye Daiquiri
- 50ml Peggy Dark Rum
- 10ml Creme de Cassis
- 15ml lime juice
- Teaspoon of sugar
- 6-8 blackberries
- Bunch of thyme
- Add 4-6 blackberries and a sprig of thyme to a cocktail shaker.
- Add 50ml Peggy Dark Rum, 10ml of Creme de Cassis and wet muddle the ingredients.
- Add 15ml lime and teaspoon of sugar.
- Shake hard and double strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with pineapple leaf, white petals and blackberries.
